House El Madroño

Full renovation project of the whole house. Inside, the kitchen is connected to the living room through large sliding glass doors. An existing bathroom is renovated, and we created a toilet and another bathroom suite for the master bedroom. On the first floor, an apartment is designed with a living room, an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Outside, a pool and spa area are created, with parking for cars and a barbecue area with a pergola.
